Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it ships.
Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 7-9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather or peak periods.
Tracking When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery Address Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@pet4u.shop, before your order ships.
